How far in advance should I place my order?

All veils are made personally for each bride. We recommend placing an order around 4 months before your wedding. Production and delivery can take roughly 1 month depending on your style.

For custom orders, please order around 5 months before your wedding. Production and delivery may take about 3 months once design is approved. This is to ensure custom fabrics and all personalized details are acquired after the confirmation of you final design.

What if I want to customize a style?

We can customize any style with almost any inspiration. Make your veil truly yours by collaborating with us on placement, details, fabrics, colours, lace, and more. Please fill out our Custom Order Form and include any inspiration photos or sketches you have. Please note, all custom orders are subject to individuality and will be approved before commencing production on your order.

Custom veils are subject to Quote Pricing and custom timelines. If you have a designer fabric or lace you want to include, please note the designer and gown name along with the colour you chose. This will ensure that your veil and accessories will match your dress.

How should I care for my veil?

Once you receive your veil and accessories, please take them out and confirm they were not damaged in shipping. For veils and capes we suggest steaming them before you delicately folding them over a hanger and placing them in your dressing bag with your gown. To allow for space you can use the tissue paper in your packaging as a barrier in case your dress and your veil have beading, lace, or pearls. The more space you allow between items will ensure less wrinkling and snagging. Bridal fabric is delicate and can be difficult for a seamstress to fix.

After I place an order, can I customize it or change the style?

Yes! Once you place your order, you have 48 hours in case you need to add a customization or change the style or length. This is subject a non-refundable fee.

What if I need to cancel an order?

All veils and accessories are made-to-order for each bride and are final sale and non-refundable.
